TranslationPreparing the new sanctuary and sacred treasures

Includes interpretation

By the Sovereign Grandchild’s command, it is reported before the Imperial Great Kami that, according to precedent, the great sanctuary has been rebuilt after twenty years. Fifty-four kinds of divine vestments and furnishings and twenty-one kinds of sacred treasures have been prepared, purified, and entrusted to the appointed official for reverent presentation. The same formula is used for Toyouke no Miya.
