Tsune mo tatematsuru kisaragi no toshigohi no ōmitegura o sorenotsukasakurainanigashi o tsukahitoshite sasage motashimete tatematsuri tamau ōmikoto o mōshi tamahaku to mōsu常も進る二月の祈年の大幣帛を、某官位姓名を使として、捧げ持たしめて進り給ふ御命を申し給はくと申す

By the Emperor’s command, these words are addressed before Toyouke no Sume Kami enshrined on the plain of Yamada in Watarai. The great offerings customarily presented at the Grain-Petitioning Festival in the second month are entrusted to the appointed envoy and reverently offered. At the Regular Festival, the name of the sixth-month observance is substituted.
