Includes interpretation
By the command of the ancestral kami who dwell in Takamanohara, the solemn words of the heavenly norito are declared.
Sumeraga mutsu Kamurogi Kamurobi and Futo Noritogoto allow more than one interpretation. This rendering states only the invocation-and-declaration structure shared with the Ōharae tradition.
Includes interpretation
When these words are declared, may every transgression be removed and cleansed until no transgression remains; this is the matter now proclaimed.
The compact text omits the longer progression found in the Ōharae. “Until none remains” renders araji in context rather than supplying a separate doctrinal claim.
All the kami, hear and receive these words in peace and calm—so it is humbly declared.
